Subscription names, prices, billing dates, payment methods, budgets, and reminders stay on your device. Aryvia does not operate an account system or an advertising profile.

If you enable sync, your Aryvia records are stored in your private Apple iCloud database so they can be available on your Apple devices. Apple processes this data under your iCloud agreement.

Aryvia requests currency rates from Frankfurter and may request company logos from Clearbit. These requests can expose standard network information such as your IP address to those providers. Aryvia does not send your full subscription database to them.

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may provide Aryvia with purchase entitlement status, not your payment-card details. Apple may also deliver aggregated MetricKit performance and crash diagnostics, which Aryvia keeps locally for troubleshooting.

You can use Aryvia without iCloud sync, decline notifications, remove individual records, or erase the app and its local data at any time. To remove synced data, delete Aryvia records from the app before uninstalling and manage iCloud storage from Apple Settings.

Local records remain until you delete them. Optional iCloud data follows Apple's retention controls. Aryvia uses Apple's platform security, app sandbox, Face ID app lock when enabled, and HTTPS connections.
